It's brrrr-ing!

Naomi has had us cracking up this trip with her funny personality. She really has the cutest little voice, which just adds to her charm!

It is VERY cold here in Blackfoot right now.
She says,
"Brrrr, mama! It's brrrr-ing outside!"

Last night she met Luke's cute little 8 year old cousin (Justin) for the first time.
While I was taking her potty,
conversation went as follows:

"Mama, where is my favorite boy?"
"who is your favorite boy?"
"he has polka dots on his face"
"you mean freckles?"

Naomi has no reservations when it comes to meeting new friends and including all types of people. She does not discriminate, she loves them all.

At the park last week, she befriended an older handicap boy, who could easily come off as intimidating to little kids at first. She shared her snack with him and held his hand while looking up into his face with a giant encouraging smile.

While in Salt Lake last month, we were at a park where a big man was getting a little work out in at the play ground. Naomi kept trying to go up to this man, while telling me,
"mama, he is my friend."
He just ignored her, but she went on,
"mama, he has black on his face."

Yes, my sweet girl. We all have different skin color, even your mom and dad.
(mom is pink-ish and dad is more brown)

She makes me proud.
